Team Training Program focused on a variety of training to improve overall fitness and wellness.
Our passion is to help as many men, women & youths possible, in the Petaluma area, to improve their overall Health & Fitness. If you are looking for a Safe, Fun & Effective way to exercise, blast fat, tone up & get fit, we are just what you are looking for!
Our program is designed to accomodate all fitness levels through modifications & progressions to each base exercise. We also offer several Done-For-You Meal Plans by a Registered Dietitian to meet a variety of lifestyle preferences.
Available in 2 locations in Petaluma, we offer the following class schedule;
Sonoma Mountain Elementary School - 1900 Rainier Circle, Petaluma
5:30am M-F, 6:35am (Express Class) M/W/F, 6:10pm (Express Class) M-Th
New Life Christian Fellowship - 1310 Clegg Street, Petaluma
9:00am M/W/F
Our sessions are 4 weeks long with 1 light week between each session for recovery.
All New Campers must complete our required Orientation prior to attending classes.
